Project Planning & Execution
Our internal project management process aims to eliminate quality issues and deliver a best-in-class result. Your designated project team carefully orchestrates your project through each phase of this process, which includes the following:
Initiating
Going from idea to reality begins with a solid plan. In this stage, you conceptualize your product or service and assess whether it answers a market need.
Pre-Contract Planning & Estimating
Building out the project scope (what services are needed) and a breakdown of the project costs and milestones.
Project Planning
Determining how to best attack the project based on the project needs and schedule.
Project Execution
Executing the project to meet or exceed customers’ expectations and objectives.
Close-Out
Closing out the project with each customer by delivering on goals, measuring satisfaction, and providing detailed close-out documents.
Safety
Creating a Safety Culture
Safety is our number one core value. Our safety culture resonates through every aspect of our work, from offices to shops and job sites. We keep safety top-of-mind by requiring all meetings to begin with a safety message, providing executive safety leadership, personal protective equipment (PPE), and comprehensive safety manuals, holding daily safety meetings, and creating shop-specific safety plans as standard operating procedure.
Additionally, Enerpipe strives to be a catalyst for improving safety industrywide. That’s why we have team members and executive leadership on safety committees of various associations and unions. We also equip our team members with Human Performance Improvement (HPI) tools to empower them to speak up for safety, and our OSHA training requirements for each team member exceed industry standards.

If something does not seem right, stop working, and evaluate.
Take 2 Minutes
Take a few minutes to ensure you have all PPE and the correct equipment. Also, survey your area for potential issues and safety pitfalls.
Follow Procedure
Procedures are in place to ensure the right actions are performed in the correct sequence. if the procedure seems unsafe or incorrect, stop work and evaluate.
JSQA
JSQAs are Enerpipe’s pre-task planning tool used to map proper workflows and reduce hazards. The JSQA form must be filled out each day before beginning any work.
Peer Collaboration
Use 3-way communication, and peer-checking to ensure that the work is done correctly the first time. We encourage peer intervention when something appears incorrect.
Safety Auditing
Using our digital safety tools, safety managers can proactively monitor safety risks in each shop. This real-time safety auditing application provides easy access to shop-specific plans, permits, safety records, and other important documents right at the safety manager’s fingertips.

24/7 Real-Time Project Status Updates
Our innovative Viewfab (“VF”) project tracking enables customers to see their project’s status in real-time, helping them better track delivery and manage on-site project schedules. This client portal gives our customers complete access to project updates during and throughout the fabrication process. Once they log in, customers can access their projects and see every aspect of the project’s development, including:
